With patent-pending cushioning, mid-foot compression and ergonomic design developed by orthopaedic specialists, INFINIRI redefines comfort for people who stand, walk or perform activities every day.  

To support INFINIRI’s ambitious growth across European markets and deliver a seamless online experience that reflects the quality of the product, Emrise partnered with them to design, build and optimise a suite of Magento 2 ecommerce websites in multiple languages, support the launch of the brand and its growth across digital channels.

INFINIRI needed a scalable, high-performance digital platform that could: 

  • support multiple regional storefronts in different languages 
  • connect ecommerce with central business operations 
  • deliver a smooth customer experience across markets and devices 
  • and provide a solid base for ongoing digital marketing. 

The digital presence had to reflect the innovative nature of the product and offer a consistent experience for European customers. INFINIRI aimed to gain online visibility, drive conversions after launch and streamline operational workflows through a robust website solution.

To meet these goals, Emrise delivered a full Magento 2 ecommerce build from scratch with the following core elements: 

Multilingual Magento 2 Website Development 

We designed and developed three Magento 2 sites tailored to different European markets, ensuring each delivered a fast, accessible and brand-aligned shopping experience. 

ERP Integration 

Each storefront was seamlessly connected with INFINIRI’s Tryton ERP system to synchronise product, pricing and stock data, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency between online sales and backend operations.

Luxury-Focused Website Design 

 

The INFINIRI websites were carefully crafted to reflect the brand’s premium, luxury positioning, presenting the socks not just as practical footwear, but as a lifestyle statement and health-conscious choice. Every element – from elegant typography and refined colour palettes to sophisticated imagery and thoughtful layout – was designed to create a high-end online experience that highlights both the style and wellbeing benefits of the product. The result is a site that feels luxurious while clearly communicating the innovative, therapeutic qualities that set INFINIRI apart. 

 

Content Marketing and International SEO Optimisation 

 

To support INFINIRI’s growth across European markets, we implemented a comprehensive content marketing and international SEO strategy designed to improve visibility, relevance and brand authority.  

Key initiatives included: 

  • International SEO and hreflang implementation to ensure English, Swiss and German content and domains were correctly served to the right audiences, avoiding duplication and supporting multi-market targeting. 
  • Optimisation of product and collection pages with clear USPs, FAQs and benefit-led content to improve relevance for users and search engines, positioning products across the main categories and use cases. 
  • Creation of foot health and wellbeing content addressing common foot problems, exercises and care advice, building topical authority and aligning with high-intent informational and commercial keywords. 
  • Blog posts and social media content designed to educate, inform and build trust with prospective customers, reinforcing brand credibility beyond product pages. 
  • Strategic internal linking connecting educational and commercial content with key product and collection pages, supporting organic discoverability and seamless user journeys. 

This integrated approach ensured that INFINIRI strengthened brand authority and trust with customers, providing a solid foundation for ongoing digital marketing and SEO growth. 

 

Tracking Setup 

 

To enable data-driven decision making, INFINIRI’s Magento 2 websites were equipped with comprehensive tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and event-based tracking. This setup allows the team to monitor user behaviour, measure marketing performance, and optimise conversions across all European storefronts. 

Website integration with ERP system 

 

Developed and integrated the INFINIRI Magento platform, consisting of multiple regional storefronts (Europe, Switzerland, and Germany), with the Tryton ERP system to enable real-time order synchronisation.

The integration addressed several key challenges, including:

  • Different VAT rules across regions 
  • Store-specific pricing and discount structures 
  • Consistent order and tax handling across the storefronts 

 

Orders placed on the websites are synced with Tryton in real time, eliminating delays and reducing manual processing errors. This streamlined workflow enables faster order processing in the ERP, allowing customers to receive their orders more quickly while ensuring accuracy across backend operations. 

 

UX & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analysis 

 

To maximise engagement and sales, Emrise conducted a UX and CRO review using Microsoft Clarity to analyse user behaviour and identify friction points. Insights from heatmaps, session recordings, and journey analysis informed suggested improvements, helping to optimise navigation, product discovery, and the checkout process. 

 

Email Marketing Automation with Klaviyo 

 

To enhance customer engagement and retention, INFINIRI’s Magento 2 sites were integrated with Klaviyo, enabling automated email flows such as a newsletter welcome series. The integration also allows INFINIRI to send monthly newsletters and promotional campaigns effortlessly, ensuring consistent communication with their customer base. 

 

Ongoing Digital Marketing Support 

 

Alongside the build, our team provided conversion rate optimisation, SEO, technical optimisation, social media management, email marketing and ongoing website maintenance to support conversion growth and brand awareness across target markets.
